GA invitation. A personal invitation from the Chairman with the date, venue and how to confirm attendance. It carries no Access Code. Members receive the version that lists what they will vote on. Current applicants and PMES attendees receive a guest version: they are welcome to observe and join the open forum, and voting is for members only. Each person is listed once: a member is not repeated as an applicant, and an applicant is not repeated as a PMES attendee.

Letter: GA Invitation to a Friend of BUPCC
For guests who are not on any BUPCC list. Type or paste the person's details in the box, one item per line. Line 1 is the title and full name as it should be printed (for example Mayor Juan Dela Cruz). The lines after are the position, organization and address, printed as typed. The letter is the guest version: no Access Code, no ballot.
Letter: Introducing Tahanan, Your BUPCC Member Page
A warm letter from the Chairman introducing Tahanan: what it is for, its features and benefits, the Terms of Use, healthy listings, what is coming, and the three steps to log in, with the member's own Member ID and Access Code. Search for the member below, then open their PDF. "Open letter" shows it in a new tab so you can read it first. "Download PDF" saves the file, named with the member's name and Member ID, so you can keep it in your Community Letters folder and send it to that member privately.
Keep it private. The letter shows the member's Access Code. Send each PDF only to that member (Messenger, email or print). Never post it in a group chat.
Where to save the PDFs
No folder chosen yet. Downloaded letters will go to your browser's Downloads folder.
Your browser cannot save straight into a folder. Use Chrome or Edge on a computer for this. Letters will download normally instead.
Pick your Community Letters folder once. Each time you press Download PDF the file is saved there directly. Your browser may ask you to allow access again on your next visit.
